    WPA-WV Reg. 1295 nr. 15 dd. 28-06-1610: Cathelyne en Pieter Van Baersgebanck, kinderen van wijlen Adriaen, evenals Michiel Van Baersebanck fs Joos, die ook optreedt in naam van zijn broers Adriaen en Hans, verkopen voor 147 pond gr. aan Hendrick Van Steerteghem fs Willems:
    1) 1 D 5 R buiten de Kattestraatpoort op het Kerrebrouckvelt bij de Langhe Haghe tegen de Sterrengracht;
    2) 1 D 5 R ook buiten de Kattestraatpoort op het Cloppersvelt;
    3) 80 R meers eveneens buiten deze poort aan de Veste;
    4) 78 R land buiten deze poort op den Dommeleer;
    5) 80 R land op de Sieseghem;
    6) 1/2 D land in Hofstade op het Meervelt
    'zoo de selve partyen bekent staen inden hantbouc vanden voornoemde Adriaen Van Baersebanck'. Bovendien verkopen de eerste comparanten aan Willems nog een lijfrente van 10 sch. gr.'s jaars ten laste van Joos Van den Bossche fs Jacobs en een
    rente van 5 sch. gr.'s jaars ten laste van Joos Pasman. Van de koopsom mag de koper 32 pond 6 sch. gr. aftrekken voor goederen, die Pieter Van Baersebanck uit het sterfhuis van Adriaen Van Baersebanck verkocht had, en 34 pond 10 sch. gr. voor
    goederen die Cathetyne, moeder van de koper, eveneens verkocht had in het voormelde sterfhuis.

    WPA-WV Reg. 3174 nr. 78 dd. 25-01-1613: Chatetyne Van Baesbanck, wed. 1) Willem Van Stertem en 2) Pieter Van den Steene, verkoopt met bijstand van haar 'behouden soene' Pieter De Waegemaecker haar huis in de Pontstraat op de hoek van de
    Klapstraat, genaamd den Witten Hont, aan haar zoon Hendrick Van Sterthem fs Willems voor 8 pond 10 sch. gr. 's jaars. De koper neemt 3 pond 15 sch. gr. jaarlijkse renten te zijnen laste:
    1) 20 sch. gr. aan Olevier Van den Hauwe;
    2) telkens 10 sch. gr. aan Robert Guens, Jan Van Raffelghem, Guillam Borreman, Pieter Ruyssinck en Johanna Van der Smessen;
    3) 5 sch. gr. aan Adriaen Van Beerler.
    Na aftrek van deze lasten moet de koper nog 4 pond 15 sch. gr. 's jaars aan zijn moeder betalen: 15 sch. gr. 's jaars of 12 pond gr. 'gereet' en voor de laatste 4 pond gr. transporteert hij aan haar een even grote rente ten laste van Guillam Van Sterteghem fs Joos, bezet op een huis op de Grote Markt, genaamd den Sweerten Leeu tussen den Pelgerem en 't Sauthuys.
