      In the SUPREME COURT of the COLONY of VICTORIA In its Probate Jurisdiction -In the Will of ARCHIBALD MATHIESON, of Horsham, in the said Colony, Carrier, Deceased -Notice is hereby given, that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to this honourable Court that PROBATE of the WILL of the above named deceased (in the said will called Archibald Matheson) be granted unto Peter Mathieson, of Nirranda, in the said colony, farmer (In the said will called Peter Matheson), the brother of the said deceased and universal legatee under, and executor according to the tenor of the said will.
