Bapst, who, under the firm name of McNaughton & Bapst, were largely engaged in stone paving and the sand business. Charles E. Williams was admitted to membership, which composes the now well known firm of Williams, McNaughton & Bapst; besides being a member of the firm, he is general manager of the Buffalo Dredging Company, which company has a contract with the State of New York for deepening the Erie Canal on the section extending from Buffalo to Pendleton.
